I had fun filling the webpages with info, which, to the best of my abilities, is all possible and accurate time frames where Robie could have been spinning at those clubs. Robie is named after John Robie, who was a very prolific and sought after producer and remixer in the 80's and into the 90's. John Robie was the keyboard/synthesizer player along with producer Arthur Baker who produced such classic singles as Afrika Bambaataa's "Planet Rock" and "Looking for the Perfect Beat", as well as New Order's "Blue Monday/The Beach" 12" single. Robie was also known for his hyper-spliced remixes, which were all done with magnetic recording tape and hand taped edits.
